He is a complete idiot. He took on a client and filed a lawsuit on her behalf even though she filed a claim with the car insurance company and the company paid out. Once you accept what the insurance company pays out the case is over. You do NOT get two bites at the apple. His client LIED to him and ...he didn't even do the basic due diligence to see if his client received compensation from the insurance company. His client just caught herself a case for fraud. Stupid client, stupid lawyer.

Gary said he would take me case, I relied on that promise, he strung me along, I sent videos and documents, asked him if I was missing any important deadlines, etc. He said he would take my case. He changed his mind at crucial point which cost me alot of time and money. He and his crackerjack, illite...rate assistant Amanda (said "aksed instead of asked" for example) are total creeps. Do not go to this guy. I am suspicious about his behavior and am filing a complaint with the NY State Bar requesting an investigation.

He was always on top of his game, when the insurance company wouldn't settle, he put my case right into suit. Didn't waste any time!! If I ever need a lawyer again, Gary's the only one i'll use.
