I was in a car accident in 2008 and retained Gary Rosenberg to represent me. I was very happy with the out come and the process overall. I was in too much pain to travel to his office, so his investigators came to me. Whenever I called, his staff always knew what was going on with my case and was able to answer any questions I had. DO NOT GO TO THIS CREEPY LIAR

Gary said he would take me case, I relied on that promise, he strung me along, I sent videos and documents, asked him if I was missing any important deadlines, etc. He said he would take my case. He changed his mind at crucial point which cost me alot of time and money. He and his crackerjack, illiterate assistant Amanda (said "aksed instead of asked" for example) are total creeps. Do not go to this guy. I am suspicious about his behavior and am filing a complaint with the NY State Bar requesting an investigation.
