Quotes his prices wrong. Purposely is not on Yelp, Fb, etc so he can dodge reviews it seems. Asks for documents that’s are standard for a closing like mine only one business day before despite being hired in advance. Office continuously asked questions they already had the answers too. Asked me fo...r documents again even though they were attached to the same email thread I was being asked on. Lost paperwork twice (first my closing papers were sent to the wrong place, and then the office girl said she couldn’t find my check cause it confused her it came in two checks). Gave me a hand typed paper on his letterhead of my closing accounting instead of official papers. Almost 3 weeks now since he has told me I will be getting an official summary from title company explaining where exactly $9600 went and how they came to this amount. Have not received it. 3 weeks now he has ignored my emails. 3 weeks now since he offered $200 refund for his staff over charging me. Have not received it. I am making a complaint with the board. I am making a complaint to the state. I am making a complaint to consumer affairs.
