Biography
I have successfully been practicing Personal Injury cases for over 15 years. I am the managing attorney for my own lawfirm, the Law Offices of Edward Franceschini. I am fluent in Spanish and 90 % of my practice is within the Hispanic community. I have successfully obtained many large settlement awards in numerous types of personal injury cases. Automobile accident, slip, trip and fall, medical malpractice, tractor trailor accidents, wrongful death cases.
I take great pride in representing the Spanish communities in New York, because my mother is Hispanic and my father is Itailian. I am a graduate from Queens College in Flushing, New York and after graduating I was the president and owner of an Import and Export company at JFK Airport for over 20 years. I am very proud of being a an attorney helping the injured from all walks of life and protecting their interest.
