I met with Mr Santucci this morning; I found him to be arrogant and not well informed. When I told him that I used Navy Federal Credit Union he told me that he had never heard of them and that they must be a "small' institution, I should have used Chase or BOA - so I told him the he was uninformed an...d that the NFCU was a leading Nationwide Credit Union, he told "I don't like your attitude" I told I didn't like his, his response was "there's the door". I do not know what it was about Luigi and I that he didn't like but that was evident at the moment he walked into the room and started talking to us.
