Hired to represent me on a civil case regarding a contractor dispute. Paid him the retainer. Retainer had deadlines and he missed those so I expressed my concern. He was upset and decided he did not want to represent me. I asked him to refund the monies since no complaints were filed as of yet and I ...would have to start from scratch with another attorney, Apart from a total waste of my time and delays to my case.
