It seems like it is his common practice to pocket additional money from the escrow account without giving any advance notice. He refused to provide a closing statement prior to the closing even though we have asked for many times. Bait and switch, he asked for full payment in advance, my mistake, then your calls will pretty much get unanswered, unprofessional and dishonest attorney, would never recommend.
