Melissa Ruvio, our real estate lawyer was competent, professional, and friendly, which is the trifecta everyone hopes for. Neither my wife nor myself have any legal expertise, so Ms. Ruvio’s calm and careful approach to explaining things to us was very much appreciated. During the home-buying process..., all sorts of various documents need to be generated and sent to various parties, and they typically needed to go through the Walsh law office. As a first time homebuyer I was directed to Mr. Walsh by a counselor I was working with. This was the first time I ever hired a lawyer so I was pretty green throughout the entire process. What surprised me first was that I called him after 6 pm and he returned my call sometime around 8pm that same e...vening.
