I have utilized this law firm twice, first for the purchase of my condo and then again for the recent purchase of my house. The quality of their service is outstanding. I worked with Melissa both times. I appreciated how thoroughly she would explain my contracts and the legality of issues that arose... in both sales. Not only was Melissa amazing at explaining and helping me understand things, but so was the entire team that supported me - Ryan, Jonathan, Francisco, and Edyta. They worked efficiently and, like an attorney should, always worked to represent my best interests. My second deal was particularly stressful for me, and they not only helped me through the legal steps, but also provided comfort, support, and laughs. Edyta attended my closing and really worked to make sure that clear written agreements were made in order to protect me after closing. Melissa Ruvio, our real estate lawyer was competent, professional, and friendly, which is the trifecta everyone hopes for. As a first time homebuyer I was directed to Mr. Walsh by a counselor I was working with. This was the first time I ever hired a lawyer so I was pretty green throughout the entire process. What surprised me first was that I called him after 6 pm and he returned my call sometime around 8pm that same e...vening. He immediately took the time to explain some things to me and sent me a follow up email. From that point on we were in constant touch; either him or one of his very capable lawyers or paralegal.
