A fierce advocate and safe harbor

Susan's knowledge of the venue, her reputation in court, her legal prowess, and her gravitas in practice are unmatched. She is a fierce advocate for children and really cares. She is the best decision I have ever made. Worth every penny and then some.

Fierce and Relentless!

My grandparental visitation case took place in multiple states and lasted almost 10 years. Susan is a fierce advocate. Her knowledge of the law and understanding of nuances and intricacies in the judicial process make her formidable. Susan’s expertise and skillful filings allowed me to keep in con...tact with my only grandchild. Susan fought in multiple courts, up to the State Supreme Court. She presented exceptional arguments through multiple appeals and ultimately secured that our Order was upheld. When my case moved to another state, Susan worked, often at her own cost, to help my new attorney. Susan ensured that we prevailed, thereby securing our Order would be enforced across states. Susan is a principled person. She has a strong moral compass and considers all options carefully. I was confident that whatever course of action or guidance she recommended to me was well thought through. Susan always had my best interest at heart. She followed through our legal battles with conviction because she believes in what she does, she believes in fairness and justice. I recommend her without reservation.

HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! BEST DECISION EVER!

I had the pleasure to work with Susan on a very challenging custody case that lasted almost 3 years. She was extremely professional, aggressively representing her client, fair in her dealings with the opposing counsel, deeply knowledgeable on the law and very courteous and responsive. I highly recomm...end her to anyone seeking high quality representation in Divorce or Family Court proceedings .

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
