Mustapha Lakpene Ndanusa

Mustapha Ndanusa is a founding Partner of Davis Ndanusa Ikhlas & Saleem LLP. Mustapha is a litigation attorney with over ten years of State and Federal litigation experience. Mr. Ndanusa began his career with MFY Legal Services, a not-for-profit organization, where he enhanced his litigation and advocacy skills. Always intent on being a trial attorney, Mr. Ndanusa left MFY after four years of housing law advocacy and began his own private practice. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Ndanusa quickly began trial advocacy in criminal law, civil litigation as well as Federal action involving police misconduct such as false arrest/false imprisonment and assault. Among his many cases, Mr. Ndanusa has represented religious leaders, recovered winnings for persons wrongfully accused by the police, settled cases where trial would have cost cleints unnecessary expenses, represented a client in a religious discirmination case and briefly represented persons accused of charges of terrorism. Mr. Ndanusa also has experience with immigration law, employment law, and expertise in certain personal injury matters. Mr. Ndanusa is a dedicated counselor at law, an avid cyclists, football fan, a family man and most importantly, of a person of easy temperament.
