I hired Mr. Utilla over the years for a vast amount of reasons. My experience with him ranges from employment contract review to serious litigious matters involving career altering decision making. Every single time I hired him for a job weather it be about paperwork or something much more herculea...n, he stepped up. His attention to detail and responsiveness makes you feel like you are the only customer he deals with and that nothing else matters. Even though, i have other colleagues who have hired him at the same exact time. You would never know based on his execution. His prices are more then reasonable and his experience and performance stand out in a world where its hard to trust people these days.

When first being introduced to Michael Utilla I thought it was going to be the same type of lawyer experience I had had in the... past....not so. Not only was Mr. Utilla knowledgeable on most things that I needed help with for my corporation, but if there was something he wasn't sure about he checked and got back to me the same day, even if it was late in the evening or off hours.
