Michael Utilla

Mike was very diligent and helped me with the process to obtain my Certificate of Relief from Disabilities from A through Z. Not only did he expedite the process he went above and beyond to get the job done jumping over all the hurdles that pop up that would have it next to impossible to complete wi...thout his assistance.

I have been using Michael's services for 5 years and have always been more than satisfied. I think of him as a pitbull in my corner that people fear and respect when they hear he is in my attorney. I remember the first time I used his advise relating to my former broker/dealer. The broker/dealer was ...calling my clients even though I had a non-compete agreement. Once I got Mike involved the calls to my clients quickly ceased. Even though I wanted to pursue the matter further, Mr. Utilla told me to save the legal fees as I probably would not be able to collect. Sure enough this ten year old entity was out of business in 6 months.

I came to know Mike Utilla after an accidental encounter. Long story, but my friend was using Utilla and his services were referred to me. I cant say enough good things about Mike Utilla and how he handles his practice. The man knows the letter of the law. I never thought the words ethical and lawyer... could be used in the same sentence until I met Mike. He was up front, honest and a true pro to work with. I am extremely happy with Utilla and highly recommend him to anyone considering his services.

It is fair to say that lawyers do not have the best reputation. I guess I am lucky b/c I know I have a lawyer that is on my side. In my life I have made a few mistakes and have had have been in some difficult situations, I have also started a business, as well as was once a broker. Needless to say ...I have had my fair share of legal interaction and had to deal with a few lawyers. Typically after being with a lawyer you want to go home and take a shower! But after deaing with Mr. Utilla I can honestly say that I will never be worried or concerned with my legal representation ever again. I have never felt as secure in my belief that I made the right decision. What should have been something that I was nervous about for my lack of knowledge, turned out to be a very easy and seamless experience. This is not to say my concerns came without merit, they were justified and in the hands of a lesser lawyer the result could have been very different. But thankfully I found Mr. Utilla and I can say without a doubt in my mind whenever I have a legal issue from here on I will not hesitate to use Michael Utilla or seek his advice.
