Mark Ira Goldstein

Mark I. Goldstein graduated from the New York University School of Law in 1982. For more than thirty years, he has concentrated on personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including motor vehicle, construction and premises proceedings. He has practiced in all Courts in the City of New York, as well as in the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts. He is passionate, hard-working and tenacious, and has successfully tried and settled thousands of matters including cases rejected by other attorneys. ​

Meticulous preparation, hard work, and dedication to his clients have been his hallmark. A third generation attorney, he treats his clients with dignity and respect, striving to understand and resolve the most complex issues. ​

Mark is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He remains active communally, having been the President of his local synagogue, and President of one of the largest private schools in North America.
