One of the few trial lawyers and medical doctors in the country, focusing on medical malpractice litigation. Just in 2019, obtained a $1 million dollar verdict for a wrongful colectomy, a $1.4 million dollar settlement for a delay in diagnosing infection, and millions more for a variety of preventable medical errors. Has previously successfully defeated a summary judgement motion for cerebral palsy and helped obtain a $5.375 million dollar settlement.
Graduated from Duke University, Indiana University School of Medicine (medical doctorate), Brooklyn Law School (juris doctor). Served as the Health Law Fellow of Brooklyn Law School. Published in multiple medical journals in various areas including legal medicine.
