Mark handled my case perfectly! I was staring down the barrel of 9 violations and a mandatory 30 day jail sentence in my DUI case, with a prosecutor who was not willing to budge one inch off her recommendation. Mark was able to get my conditional discharge reinstated with no jail time and get my case... back on track for a successful completion as if none of the violations had ever happened.
