Fantastic Lawyer

Greg was highly recommended, and he was fantastic during my consultation, Greg sat with me for over an hour explaining every step of the way to file bankruptcy. I was so nervous to file because I feel like it would ruin my future but Greg broke it down for me so I knew exactly what would happen. I wa...s having a lot of anxiety over all my debt and Greg reassured me that everything was going to be ok. The one thing I loved about Greg as he is not pushy at all and told me to go home and think about it if I wanted to. Marion his secretary is also amazing she helps you every step of the way to make sure that you have all your paperwork in order. I would recommend Greg and his office to anyone I know if they were in the same situation as me.

Amazing calm lawyer

I used him for my bankruptcy in 2015 and he calmly explained everything that would happen in court and deposition. When we sat in deposition he sat with me and helped me with the plaintiffs and their attorney in his office. The bankruptcy was done in 6 months. Years later we found out the plaintiffs ...and their lawyer never filed papers after my discharge when I refinanced. He calmly took care of it for me. Marion his secretary is the best!

Extraordinary Attorney

Gregory Messer is that rare human being with a heart of gold. After paying for consultations with other attorneys, I had a free consultation with Mr. Messer. He was kind and straightforward and able to break me out of my paralysis of shame. He told me he never charges for consultations no matter how ...much time is needed. As a highly respected attorney, his flat rate retainer fee for filing bankruptcy was lower than the others, even though his hourly rate is relatively higher. As he explained, "I'm confident I can resolve your case within the terms of my retainer." And so he did. Greg and his assistant Marion went above and beyond with their time and patience. My case was resolved quickly, and I was approved for a credit card the following week! I can't thank them enough, You'd be lucky to have Gregory Messer represent you.

Exceptional Lawyer

Mr. Mercer is an exceptional lawyer. After consulting a few attorneys he was the only one who showed assertiveness in what he could accomplish. I appreciated his direct approach as it set the correct expectations. The outcome of my case was above my expectations. He is knowledgable, honest and unders...tanding.
