I completely agree with the previous reviews. This person behaves rudely and does not listen to the details of the case until the end. Instead of discussing matters related to the case, he resorts to personal attacks. Today, right during the court conference, Bernard Wachsman was complimenting the o...pposing attorney. I find such behavior extremely unprofessional. Thank God he didn’t have time to ruin anything, and we terminated the agreement immediately after the first meeting. Don’t waste your time on him and save yourself from stress!

Worse attorney that I have a ever came across. Lack of communication. When you do speak with him, he has the tendency to interrupt me whenever I discuss my case. He’s very childish and disrespectful. He made me feel less of a human being. After explaining personal experiences and matters, he talks to... me like I’m nothing. He doesn’t take notes, and he never knows nothing the day of court after calling him and discussing my case. If you’re a female never allow him to take your case. I wouldn’t wish him taking my worst enemy case that’s how terrible of an attorney that he is.

He is a court appointed family attorney who does not listen to his clients. He tries to hush me during court instead of getting my full story. He's lied about having knowledge of certain issues. There is no communication in between court dates. He NEVER returns phone calls even after 17 messages are ...left for him with his answering service.
