Green Card sürecine başladığımda açıkçası kafam çok karışıktı ve stresliydim. Nereden başlayacağımı bile bilmiyordum. We met Mr. Volkan and Mr. Deniz in April 2025, when we sought their guidance to obtain a permanent residence permit (Green Card) for my mother. My mother had entered the U.S. on a tourist visa, and when we consulted Volkan Bey about the necessary procedures, she was already close to completing her si...x-month stay in the country. Everything was incredibly tight yet moved forward swiftly—running to consulates, waiting for civil registry documents from Turkey, and more. Despite the rush to prepare all the paperwork, the entire process for my mother was completed right on the deadline: April 24, the last day she could legally remain in the U.S. Volkan Bey personally collected all the documents and delivered them to the post office just an hour before closing. Thanks to the meticulous work of Volkan Bey and his team, our application reached the USCIS office on time. When I checked our case on the USCIS website in May, the estimated decision time was 15 months. In June, I was a little disappointed to see it had jumped to 41 months. Thankfully, when I emailed Deniz Bey about this, he explained that USCIS often makes such errors and that the actual average processing time is around 12–15 months, sometimes even shorter. Less than three and a half months after Volkan Bey submitted our file, we learned that my mother’s Green Card had been printed and was on its way. Now it is in our hands. Considering how much can be made complicated in this process, the fact that everything went so smoothly truly felt like a miracle. For us, this application was like a relay race, and it was brought to a successful finish thanks to the professionalism and utmost care of Volkan Bey and his team.
