I woke up one Sunday morning and my life was changed completely! I was a victim of an attacked, so I called 911 for assistance, I ended up being arrested and had a criminal case against me (yes, I know!!). From the minute I've retained him, the experienced made me feel secure and confident of the outcome. During court Ben was knowledgeable about the law and challenged the judge and got him to shortened the process. He also wrote an aggressive detailed and persuasive letter to the District Attorney in why he believed that his client was innocent, a victim of a false arrest and would accept nothing less then a full dismissal. Ben is no push over, when the other side tried different tactics he pushed back! The Judge ended up ruling in my favor and sealed the case liked it never happened. I don't have any words for all the things that he have done for me but I would highly recommend Ben and his team not only to get the job done but the entire experience in keeping me calm, confident, briefing and emailing me every step of the way.
