So, don’t even know where to start nor end. I was introduced to Anthony Sharnov and his team by a friend back in 2014, when I moved to Manhattan. Professionalism: Where is it these days? Most of us have experienced companies changing policies without transparency right? I call this the “Trickle Up... Effect” that affects both the consumer, but what most execs don’t realize, their customer care teams, who leave due to unwarranted bashing by customers who don’t understand that it is the Execs and C-Level who change policies from customer-facing, consumer-friendly to what I call “Customer-Effacing”. Yes I do understand the definition of effacing. Why do I bring this up? Yesterday, I received a call from one of Mr. Sharnov’s Attorneys, the lovely Anne Pizzo. I think she was setting me up for a joke lol. Cause she hesitated, shared my case, then gave me the news that a potential 8 pt. ticket, she was able to overturn in my favor! I’m not condoning what I did. I had just moved to NY, and also got a ticket in Brooklyn, for taking a right turn on a red light. Did anyone tell me about this law? No. Are there signs like they have in other states. No. My point is, did I speed? Yes. Was it wrong? Yes. Do I hear the responsibility? Yes. Were there signs and speed limits? No. So why hire a lawyer for a speeding ticket right? You are probably thinking the same as I did when I hired my first speeding ticket lawyer in Seattle. He too got me off on a technicality. It’s going to double my cost?!! Well, since my experience working with the lawyer in Seattle twice and Anthony several times, I have yet to have received a ticket, nor points on my record. Of course, everything catches up, but the difference between a great lawyer and one that is mediocre, in my mind, is one who sets expectations up front, doesn’t guarantee nor overpromise, is responsive (most layers are too busy to respond, but Anthony and Anne will text me as they are heading into court!), and Transparent. This is what you get when you work with Team Sharnov. Transparency is what is missing in today’s culture and specifically corporate culture. But what is happening. The SEC now has consumer protection laws of the aforementioned. But Anne, Anthony and staff “Gets it”. They “Got it”, the first time I spoke to Anthony. He and Anne are nothing short of transparent. Period. If you can’t find a friend nor a lawyer who is transparent, DO NOT move forward with them. If you work with Anthony Sharnov’s team, YOU WILL get full transparency, whether the news is good or bad. I was told that my case would be very tough to win, due to the speed I was traveling. I took responsibility, but my expectations were set properly. And I give all credit to Anne Pizzo, who won my case yesterday! Thank you Anne for actually taking the time to call me, not simply text me, cause this allowed for inter-personal connectivity, something missing due to smartphones et al. It’s like being part of a family once you have an interpersonal connection with someone. This is how Team Sharnov operates, and why they will always be my “Go-To” for all law needs. Cause the best know the best. People like Anne and Anthony have Integrity, so my guess is if I need a lawyer in a different expertise, they will know the best who have integrity. End of the day. Why would I want to spend my time going to court to represent myself. Time is money, and I DO NOT KNOW THE LAW!! Your choice. But this case is closed.. Thanks Team Sharnov and Anne Pizzo! Frank Castle
