I have used Alex Kleyman on several occasions, and so have numerous members of my family. Alex has helped me with my start up business and did everything from incorporating my corporation , to drafting shareholder agreements, employment contracts and has been successful in obtaining judgments against... defaulted vendors. His prices are always reasonable and he is always available to discuss my case. He never charges for things other lawyers bill for, such as emails and phone calls. He is great in court and very aggressive, however, he always tried to settle my cases and save me money in legal fees. He is honest, smart and aggressive. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone.
