Hire an attorney. Filing asylum is a serious thing, you need to be careful what you do in immigration court.

People seeking Asylum must be in the US. People can seek refugee status outside the US through the US consulate.
If I - 130 approved , and J - 1 denied , will I be able to fie for prosecutorial discretion , or not
