I would say that it is not likely that you will succeed if the corporation is new. Maybe, if she is your girlfriend, you would consider a Fiance visa?

You cannot renew it. Also, because she was outside of the US for a long period of time (it seems) she might be found to have lost her LPR status.

You should be able to transfer the priority date. You will be filing I 485 form and I 864W.

Yes, but only if you can show that there was no reason to stay in the US previously, or you could not do it for an exceptionally good reason.
