It looks like currently, yes you should be ok. However, remember that advance parole does not guarantee entry into the country.

Until the appeal changes the case, it's the law, but I would not count on it until the case is finalized, meaning all the appeals are exhausted.

If you need a waiver, you need a waiver, there is nothing you can about it... Extreme hardship is a tough standard I personally believe it should...

I think you should trust your attorney a little more. There is a difference in processing time for affirmative (with a status) and defensive asylum...

As long as your fiancé would have sufficient income to sponsor you, is a US citizen and is divorced, what happens in family court does not affect...
