You can check www.uscis.gov for the average processing times.
If husband cancel wife's I 20 , her f2 visa going to cancel too?! What it does make any problem for her staying in US?

I agree with my colleagues, your husband cannot revoke your I-20.

I am not aware of 180 grace period, she was supposed to leave the country within the time specified in the denial notice. There is a three year bar...
