My father files an ASSYLUM in US and he get the answer in YES from the US Government after submitting the form for over 10 days

Once your father receives asylum, he will have to file a special form so that you guys can go to consulate and receive visas.
How can I get married as a foreign national and honeymoon outside of the country for a week or two after the wedding?

Are you marrying a US citizen? If you file for adjustment of status, you will be able to travel only using advance parole.

Honestly, do not think it is possible. What is possible I believe, is that if you leave the country, you are still eligible for the H1B extension.

If, when you change an employer, the i 140 will still be good, you can try doing it, as per instructions.

For how long is the offer? You cannot stay outside the US for too long. Consult with an attorney.

It takes longer if an immediate relative is in removal proceedings. 8 months to a year.
