First, your conditional status will have to be terminated. Then, you will need to apply for a new visa. Ask your attorney about the next step.

To retain the priority date the position has to be in he same or similar occupation. It will be an issue you need to work with your attorney on.

That might be the case. However, you may also try to expedite the process by going to the local passport office (not the post office).

You should work with an attorney. USCIS may look back 5, 10 or however many years they want sometimes.

You might have a shot: D/S/ should not count as unlawful presence. But it might not be easy to persuade the consul.

If you make it to the US POE, you can ask for asylum, you will likely be detained, at least for a while.
