It seems it is a duplicate question. Yes, you should be able to use it, but you should show it to your lawyer first.

You should be able to use that card for travel as well. I would double check with an attorney.

You may try, but it is very rare when CBP or a consul will allow you to use a non-immigrant visa once an immigrant petition is filed for you.
