Honest advice and skilled representation in immigration.
I am a full-time immigration practitioner, and I advise in all immigration-related matters. Whatever your situation, we'll go through all the available options to see what is most appropriate for your case: whether that is a green card based on family or employment sponsorship, a temporary visa, representation in immigration court, pursuing some other form of benefit, or defense against removal (deportation).
When you consult an immigration attorney, you are not just deciding how to use your time and money; the decisions you make can affect your ability to stay with and provide for your family, to pursue your life's ambition, or to simply protect yourself from harm in this or another country. I am passionate about the quality of immigration services, and I have chaired and served on a number of committees related to ethics, consumer advocacy, and immigration fraud. I have provided testimony to several cities considering legislation to protect immigrant consumers, and I regularly provide trainings and lectures on these and other topics.
I define success simply by the quality of services that I provide, and every decision I make is carefully tailored to your best interests.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
