Replied last August 26, 2016I am saddened to read this review as our firm has always strived to help our clients achieve their goals. Applying for Medicaid can be a complex process which involves financial assessments, medical evaluations and advice and direction to insure the elder gets the very best level of care. Of course any individual can choose to submit their application for Medicaid without the help of an attorney, what we offer as a value added is service and efficiency to move the process along. This can be very valuable to a busy family who is caring for an elder and does not have the time to deal with the Medicaid application process. We welcome hearing from our clients to learn how we can better serve the needs of the elderly in our community as well as their family caregivers.
