We did a closing, and I was not aware of credits and refunds that came to him after the closing that were made payable to him. Very good lawyer
He is a good lawyer, he is very detailed and careful. Which is what a lawyer should be. If he is unsure of something he will research it and confirm it. He does very good due dilagence. Excellent lawyer I always recommend.
