Back in August of 2018, my husband was in critical condition at NYU hospital in Manhattan NY where his condition took a bad turn and I needed immediate help to gain Power of Attorney to be allowed to make important decisions for my husband. I can’t describe the intensity of the situation we were in a...nd the ticking moments of feeling utterly alone not knowing where to turn for help in a short time span. I was given the name of an attorney by an amazing Jewish organization called Chayim Aruchim; and within an hour time frame while I was walking around in shock at NYU, Mr Weissman and his wonderful secretary guided me step by step to get the Power of Attorney papers faxed to me for what I needed just in time for the notary. I can’t describe the feeling of having complete strangers treat you as if you were a close family member and not just taking care of business which they did in miraculous time! It was unbelievable the hospital staff and all of our family couldnt believe how it was done within an hour! But it wasn’t only the reliability and professionalism that made this entire process so memorable it was the warmth in all the conversations with Mr Weissman and his wonderful secretary that brought comfort to me in such a stressful and sad time. Needless to say, Mr. Weissmans number was saved in my phone if in the future I’d need help again. A few months after my husband passed away, there I was in need of legal help again to obtain papers of administration to become the personal representative/ executive to the estate as there was no will to be found. Naturally I turned to Mr Weissman again and traveled to his office in Brooklyn and when I walked in I felt like I was visiting family to help me with my troubles again. They squeezed me into his schedule at the last moment as I needed him again in a rushed time frame and again he and his wonderful secretary (yes she’s really that wonderful) took care of everything I needed. So as you can expect I highly recommend Mr Weissman for any Legal issues as he is also a wonderful person who happens to be an amazing attorney. He takes the time to totally and throughly logically explain all the details of a situation so a person can understand in simple terminology what is going on and what is needed to take care of the issues. Also, his fees are very very fair ! I’m so impressed by him and his staff and send many blessings to them. I can without any doubt highly recommend Mr Weissman to anyone who is in need of this kind of an attorney.

Mr Weissman helped with the selling of my wife's mother's house and my mother's after untimely deaths very close to one another. The process went very easy when handling my wife's mother's estate. My mother's estate was a little more difficult due to my siblings but Mr Weissman explained the process ...to them and was able to settle with a mutual understanding of what legally needed to be done. I was satisfied with the outcome and they were as well. I thank Mr Weissman for his service and highly recommend him . He is also a very nice guy and was concerned about other matters in my life at the time.

During our 90 minute session he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the many disparate issues that my wife and I were concerned about. He listened carefully, not interrupting us and provided us with solutions . He was extremely courteous and made us feel at ease - He did not rush us a...nd he did not leave a topic until he felt we understood everything he was saying.
