Mr Weissman was the attorney for My Mother when lived in Brooklyn to help through Medicaid, power of attorney and several issues. He & his office are super knowledgeable ,understanding and especially kind. They delivered important document personally when elderly Mom couldn't come. Jack handled the execution of a Will to multiple beneficiaries spread out globally in an exceptionally professional manner. In doing so Jack was required to address disputes between the interested parties which he ultimately managed to resolve, giving effect to the last wishes of the writer of the Wi...ll, to the satisfaction of the beneficiaries

Mr Weissman helped with the selling of my wife's mother's house and my mother's after untimely deaths very close to one another. The process went very easy when handling my wife's mother's estate. My mother's estate was a little more difficult due to my siblings but Mr Weissman explained the process ...to them and was able to settle with a mutual understanding of what legally needed to be done. I was satisfied with the outcome and they were as well. I thank Mr Weissman for his service and highly recommend him . He is also a very nice guy and was concerned about other matters in my life at the time.
