I had three Tickets one for fails to yield , one for telephone and the last one is for stop sign I contact sir Paul Villanueva,he took all them and fight for me and dismiss all of them now I don't have any tickets pending, thanks Mr Paul you did a great job

Most helpful

Mr. Villanueva was very helpful. When he saw that the judge wouldn’t have ruled in my favor, he had the case postponed for a future date. Months prior to the new date, I was informed that the case was dismissed. Hopefully I won’t need an attorney for traffic cases again, but if I do, I will contact Mr. Villanueva.

One of the Best

Attentive, Authentic, and Professional

I met Paul a few years ago at the DMV when I was trying to reschedule my hearing due to a schedule conflict. I had landed myself with my first TVB Cell Phone ticket and I approached him and asked if he could help. He reviewed my ticket with me on the spot and was very honest with expectations since it's NYC TVB and it's all or nothing. He is very professional and laid out all possible scenarios. He did not promise anything specific as we can't predict 100% the outcome of anything but shared with me his strategy in handling the case. I felt a strong sense of confidence from him and I felt that he would definitely represent me well. The result of the cell phone ticket was "Not Guilty" and I could not be happier. Amazing attorney!

Mr. Villanueva was an amazing attorney to me. He worked diligently to help me with a speeding ticket that my previous attorney failed to do. He gave me great guidance in terms of options i had and always responded to me whenever I reached out (even during a pandemic!) He ended up getting me no suspension which i desperately needed due to a very fast speeding ticket which I thank him so much for. He by far is the best lawyer i have ever hired in his field and I would strongly recommend him for any traffic tickets, he will get the job done!
