I had plans to travel overseas for a three week vacation with my wife. My Will written by another attorney, was old and needed major revisions. As a Financial Strategist, I know I needed Trust created to ensure my assets were passed on first to my wife and then to my children (and grandchildren) from... a previous marriage.
