He handled my unemployment case and after telling me not to show up because that judge was biased,I waited for the 2nd date and we received it but he never showed up or told me that he even got the notice after all the messages I left him asking for information regarding new hearings. He never called... me. The day of I called him and explained that I qas denied a postbonement instead granted a hearing by phone and he tells me he will call them and never does. I call him for a week to find out what's next and he gives me attitude and tells me to find someone else. If he single handedly ruined my case I'm reporting him for misconduct!
