Biography
Steven provides representation for a diverse range of clients for trusts and estates matters throughout New York. Prior to starting his own practice, Steven worked at a boutique trusts and estates law firm where he litigated Surrogate’s Court Proceedings to successful Court decisions and settlements, designed and directed the execution of estate plans and assisted executors, administrators and trustees in fulfilling their fiduciary duties.
Steven is admitted to practice law in New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law where he was awarded for excellence in estate planning and was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal and Moot Court Board. He has provided a variety of pro bono services throughout his legal career, including participating in the New York State Bar Association COVID-19 probate/surrogate’s court program.
