Clarity - Expertise - Peace of mind!

As litigation management for the 7th largest Commercial Finance Company in the USA, hiring & firing legal counsel was my career. Michelle A. Maratto, esq. spoke with the expertise, clarity & objective thoroughness that enabled me to quickly make a strategic decision regarding the litigation of my ...case. Bottom Line: I can’t ever remember having been served so well by legal counsel! As a potential litigant, you have to decide what to do! You call legal counsel hoping & praying they give you the insight you need to weight out matters in order to best make those decisions. From my vast experience, it seems most lawyers talk too much crap – And you are left more worried after the consult. The crap I’m talking about is legal mumbo-jumbo, the necessity of writs of Mandamus, (what they won’t tell you is that even though you may have a right to Mandamus, in actuality, judges protect their own), horror stories if you don’t hire their lawyers, or sell you on dreams of avarice should you prevail. Instead, you want to speak to legal counsel about your issue; and then expect a thorough, clear & full appreciation of all the objective possibilities & outcomes sans the mumbo-jumbo – And that is exactly what you get with Michelle A. Maratto, esq.! Call her and be rest-assured!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
