My name is Andrew B., while I was growing up all I ever did was be harassed and violated physically by the officers of the NYPD. I recall one day which is documented in my criminal history. I went and told my mother that I was assaulted by the police and she was not really educated due to health pro...blems, so she states to me you shouldn’t have your behind in them streets. From that point on I figured that the NYPD can do whatever they want to do. I was arrested in 2003 and I was accused of a crime of possession which nothing was recovered. I was choked and maced by NYPD’s finest during my arrest.
