Jack Mevorach has answered my question quite to my satisfaction. He was thorough & explained things in a respectable manner. Jack was quite friendly in his explanation & time spent. Jack consulted with me about a case in which two solar providers have each said the other is responsible for completing legal instillation of my system, leaving me holding the bag. We haven't decided yet if we're pursuing a legal remedy, but if we will we will certainly call him back.
