Jack consulted with me about a case in which two solar providers have each said the other is responsible for completing legal instillation of my system, leaving me holding the bag. We haven't decided yet if we're pursuing a legal remedy, but if we will we will certainly call him back. He explained ...the issues at hand to me clearly and had a realistic view on the process and potential outcome for us. To his credit, he also acknowledged that the money we'd spend on a a lawyer may not net us any more money than if we hire someone ourselves to resolve our outstanding issues.
