Sarah Ellen Mathison

Sarah is so on point and so quick, it's unbelievable. Thank God she was on OUR side! She's absolutely trustworthy, diligent, committed and ethical. She's one of the people who will ultimately make a difference, and who made a great difference in my life. I wasn't even the main client in a group ...of cases involving tenants in a building in foreclosure. There were 8 cases in our building. Sarah's clients were the tenants who had children. She arranged with the court to have the cases consolidated into one venue, and she took the time to appear in the courtroom where I had my case, representing me as a friend of the court, and arranged with the judge to include my case with those being consolidated, which gave me crucial protection. She arranged for all the tenants involved, including me, to individually conference at court with the attorney for the bank/landlord, and though he previously had been a very brusque and intimidating man, we found, after Sarah's negotiation with him, that he was very reasonable with each of us, and we all reached satisfactory agreements with him. This would not have happened without the intervention of Sarah Mathison. I'd like to say thank you to her once again (2 years later).
