Litigated thousands of matters in state and federal courts. Cases of interest appeared in the New York Law Journal, (front page), New York Times, New York Daily News, New York Post, Newsday and other publications including the Jury Verdict Reporter and Mealy's Lead Paint Reporter as well as State and Federal Law Reporters. 1995; Set record for highest child lead paint verdict, never overturned on appeal; saved public park, The Parade Grounds, Brooklyn, NY 1999-2000, pro bono, only successful action against NYC in seizure of public land for a commercial enterprise, in this matter the New York Mets Baseball Team. 2 million dollar settlement in a 'burn' case. 13% non facial burns to body. Letter on Judge Selection appeared in NY Law Journal.
Accomplished photographer. Work has been exhibited in approximately 75 juried art shows. Won several best in show awards for work. Work appeared in local newspapers where shows were held. Work appeared in catalogues for many shows.
