Mr. Tollin is a Founding Member of TOLLIN ASSOCIATES & LIBERTYLEGAL. He has brought a unique andextraordinary vision to the project. Having been involved in many Film and Television projects and as amember of the CEO Club and the National Association of Consumer Advocates, Mr.Tollin has developed a keen understanding of what Entrepreneurs, Consumers, Artistsand all his Clients need for their legal and business representation.
Mr. Tollin is a foundingpartner and principal of Channel Productions and an Executive Producer of its subsidiary,Channel Production Films. He is anexperienced media executive with extensive entertainment legal experience,having advised Ashford and Simpson and various other musicians andentertainers. He has also servedas the General Counsel of NYC Media Group in New York City and as the GeneralManager of the group's radio holdings, 91.5FM Radio New York.
Mr. Tollin is additionallya founding partner and principal of The Solarium Group. The Solarium Group is a boutiqueconsultancy and advisory firm that works on behalf of an eclectic array of highnet worth individuals, family offices, private companies and public sector executives. Solarium’s clients present us withunique project parameters and objectives, and we offer the insights, ideas andexecution to bring their ideas to fruition.
After graduating from Georgetown University and Harvard LawSchool, Mr. Tollin joined the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen &Hamilton. There he worked oninternational/equity/debt offerings, complex derivative transactions, media andintellectual property licensing matters and film finance and distribution. After leaving Cleary, Mr. Tollinaccepted a position as a General Counsel within the New York City Council. There he introduced several campaignfinance reforms and other good government initiatives.
Mr. Tollin is a contributing editor to Global Injustice,“Africa” (July 2001) and has lectured extensively on public interest law. He has been a Professor at The CityCollege Of New York where he taught “Introduction to the Law: Legal Reasoningand Philosophy.”
Mr. Tollin is admitted to practice law in New YorkState. He has served as anexecutive board member of the NAACP, a member of his Community Board and aBoard Member of the American Society of the University of Haifa.
