Martha Schneiderman

Personally, I do not trust the positive reviews about Martha Schneiderman. The writing style is almost the same in every review, making me think they were written by the same people—most likely Martha’s friends. She was my attorney for several months, and I strongly advise against dealing with her.... Instead of protecting her client’s interests, she does everything to help the opposing side. It is worth noting that she frequently disregarded ethical norms, openly discussing case details with the opposing attorney in close proximity to another party involved in the process. These conversations never took place near me, even though she was supposed to represent my interests. It felt as if my attorney was just another assistant for the other side.

Martha was my 4th lawyer in an ongoing very contentious custody case. I wish i had found her from the beginning. Martha was a steadfast advocate for child and me and was grounded, professional, skilled, empathic and always available. It can be very difficult to find a custody attorney who truly has ...the child’s best interest at the center, but Martha does. I trust her completely and would recommend her as one of the best most ethical and skilled attorneys i have ever known.

Martha is an amazing attorney. She was able to settle my years long custody case that others could not. I had a high-conflict ex who hired a high- conflict attorney. It had taken its toll on everyone involved, especially my daughter and I thought it was never going to end. Martha is not just knowled...geable and effective she is unflappable and highly respected by everyone in her field. Her experience and legal expertise has changed my life and my daughter's life. Martha made time for my constant questions, listened to me and advised me. I would not have my daughter today without Martha, I am forever in her gratitude. I cannot recommend Martha enough.

After five long arduous years in the court system (in both Family Court and IDV) I found Ms. Schneiderman, whom was referred to us by another lawyer I highly trusted and respected. Martha's expertise, dilligence, integrity, kindness and compassion is unparallelled. Not only did Martha settle our case... -which had been labelled as un-settleable by all parties involved- she actually listened and was respecful of my concerns and had the welfare of myself and my child as her utmost priority. There was very little unecessary communication and she was respectful of my time and need to be resourceful- especially as a single parent. Martha proved to be very well respected in the Courtroom with both the judge and opposing council alike, and again, I could not have asked for better representation. Do not think twice and hire Ms. Schneiderman- for yourself and for your family.

I came to Martha with an family emergency dealing with a health issue for my child. First and foremost she took the time to listen to me and what was going on. I have been through many lawyers and, unfortunately, have found that they don't have time to listen and prefer to push their agenda. Martha... is great at listening and giving options that proved to be extraordinarily helpful. She talked me through every part of the legal and emotional process step by step. She was gracious and generous, with both her time and expenses. I had to file an order to show cause because my child's health was being compromised by the other parent. The response that came from the court was confusing and complicated. Again, Martha was there every step of the way. Explained my options clearly and helped me to feel that my concerns were her concerns as well. She always made herself available to me when something came up. I won the case and my child is safer because of the time, concern, intelligence, hard work and care that Martha gave. I do not know what would have happened if I had not had her legal help. My family and I are very fortunate to have had her as our lawyer and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smart, cunning, caring, invested lawyer. She is an excellent lawyer.
