As usual, most people do not have contact with the judicial system unless it is an emergency because it is costly, complexity, time, unfamiliar laws and procedures. I was being overwhelmed dealing with a mother with Alzheimer's disease. I tried many options to acquire reasonable legal advice. For... example, I tried a family member, who was unreasonably expensive. Legal Aid could not help me. I could not get a pro bono attorney. Plus, there are very few attorneys in the elder care field.
