Howard Greenberg

Howard is such an excellent and very experienced attorney who is great at what he does - defend your rights. One of the best that I've ever had to retain. When I first reached out to Howard to discussed the matter, it was quickly clear to me that he is very knowledgeable about the laws and discussed... a strategic plan of action for me. I could sense he was a great fit for me and would do his best to help resolve the matter. He was always available to answer my calls, both day and night and even weekends. He was always helpful with answer any questions I had, with clearing any confusion and really helped to just calm my fears. He did not bill and nickel &dime me for every minute of his time spent like most other attorney's/firms do. He allowed me to shadow him in a criminal case he was Counsel to and I learned so much from him. In Howard fashion, he knew how to navigate the court/justice system to get the matter resolved as soon as he possibly could. I highly recommend Howard to anyone looking for an experienced and straight forward attorney who will get you results!

I hired Howard Greenberg because a friend advised me that he's a good lawyer that comes cheap. I paid $1300 for the beginning phase of the hearing hoping that Mr. Greenberg can work out a plea deal or get the case dismissed. Mr. Greenberg never showed up to court so his associate came to represent me.... After two years of constant hearings and adjournment because Mr. Greenberg never showed up, the case finally went to trial phase. His office said that the trial phase will cost $1500 so I signed thinking he's a good enough lawyer that can win the case for me. After a total of 30+ adjournments because he has yet to show up to court to represent me, the trial finally started after 4+ years since my arrest. He has since lost the 3 day trial and now he wants $15000 for an appeal. To cut this review short DO NOT CONTACT THIS LOW LIFE SCUM!! Biggest waste of my time and money ever. He lost my case and now I have to spend more money on an appeals lawyer to clear my name. Mr. Greenberg has no care in the world about you or your well being in the court of law. Trust me, he will destroy your life in the court of law.
