I hired him for a federal case I have a couple of months ago he missed my first court date and send another attorney he refuses to give me a retainer contract as mandated by the bar association he refuses to give me an invoice for the work he did for me IF ANY , I paid him $40,000 and he did nothing ...for me and refuses to give me my money back stay away from him if u don’t want to get robbed or tricked he’s a fraud that loves money and all he talks about is his next payment…he took two payments of $20,000 from me totaling $40,000 and did nothing on my behalf …and kept pressuring me to cooperate with the reds instead of preparing a defense for me even though I told him on many occasions I don’t want to cooperate and he should prepare my defense and get reafi for trial …if anyone wants to know more about this fraudster call me at 9296089312

I paid Howard Greenberg to help me in a domestic violence case. He took my money and didn't do a thing. He claimed that he did all this work and when asked for documentation to prove any of what he was saying, he didn't have any. Couldn't show any paperwork of what he did for me as his client. He r...efused to give me back my money so I am launching a formal complaint.

I hired Howard Greenberg because a friend advised me that he's a good lawyer that comes cheap. I paid $1300 for the beginning phase of the hearing hoping that Mr. Greenberg can work out a plea deal or get the case dismissed. Mr. Greenberg never showed up to court so his associate came to represent me.... After two years of constant hearings and adjournment because Mr. Greenberg never showed up, the case finally went to trial phase. His office said that the trial phase will cost $1500 so I signed thinking he's a good enough lawyer that can win the case for me. After a total of 30+ adjournments because he has yet to show up to court to represent me, the trial finally started after 4+ years since my arrest. He has since lost the 3 day trial and now he wants $15000 for an appeal. To cut this review short DO NOT CONTACT THIS LOW LIFE SCUM!! Biggest waste of my time and money ever. He lost my case and now I have to spend more money on an appeals lawyer to clear my name. Mr. Greenberg has no care in the world about you or your well being in the court of law. Trust me, he will destroy your life in the court of law.
