I cannot praise Gary Healy enough! He was an asset to us in our time of need. Our organization had previously retained another attorney who mislead us and had us apply for the wrong Visa, to which we were denied by the US Embassy twice. I retained Gary Healy to secure an O1B visa which was approved in less than two weeks after filing. Two years later I retained him and his firm to file a self petitioned EB1 for Permanent Residency. After hearing so many horror stories about denials, request for further evidence, and long wait time...s, I was presently surprised to find out that the petition had been approved in just over three months, without premium processing.
