Douglas George Morris

I was assigned this attorney by Federal defenders for a federal criminal case. My family and i did extensive research on Mr. Morris, who had excellent references and a supposedly distinguished career. In fact, Mr. Morris is a cruel, dishonest and anhedonic attorney who does not consult with his clien...ts, nor does he care for the outcome or his clients' well being. He will not answer calls or emails, often lying about what he is doing or how he is proceeding. Mr. Morris will lie to you about his true intentions and if you show nay pain or concern, he will not only ignore it, he will ask you shove it and tell you he does not care. Despite repeated lies by the FBI during the pretrial and sentencing, Mr. Morris never refuted their claims. When asked five times by the judge, during sentencing, to respond to false allegations by the prosecutor, Mr. Morris just stood there silent and did not reply. He was unprepared and fumbled through his ill-prepared statements. He is cold, uncaring and a poor attorney who looks for fast solutions which allow him to work on many cases and get paid, instead of fighting for his clients at all.
